Nate Polzin has been a member of Maxwell Leadership since 2017. After completing his leadership coaching training through Maxwell’s organization, Nate and his wife (Mandy) founded Polzin Coaching and Consulting, Inc. Mandy is a counselor and focuses on health coaching while Nate works with business and non-profit clients.

Nate graduated from Central Michigan University in 1996 with a degree in Political Science and Business Administration.  In 2007, he completed a Masters of Divinity from Bethany Theological Seminary.  Along with starting his own business, Nate has over twenty-five years of ministry experience. He led the establishment of four ministries and served several long-established churches.  Nate spent the better part of a decade in an executive role of a state-wide organization.  In addition, he has served on various boards at the local, state and national level of ministries and educational institutions.  Working with people across multiple generations has been a special emphasis in Nate’s career.
